Relax at our peaceful cottage getaway! This newly rehabbed home is walking distance from Warren Dunes State Park. It’s easy to bike or drive to numerous other beaches, neighboring towns, wineries and breweries. Centrally located to enjoy all the wonders of SW Michigan – close to Red Arrow for ease but privacy is afforded as we are located on a dead end street with a backyard surrounded by a privacy fence. Enjoy a brand new private hot tub, upgraded appliances and new furnishings. This is the perfect place to unwind. This is a quiet area, so we don’t suggest it if you’re looking for a party scene :)Please Note:- The pet fee (if applicable) is based on a single pet < 20lb. If you would like to bring a second pet this will be subject to an additional pet fee - so please inquiry should you want to bring a second pet.- All renters must abide by the house rules or be subject to additional fees. We will never charge for mess or laundering from normal use, and thus far have never had to utilize someone's security deposit thanks to respectful guests! However, if we require extra cleaning due to excess mess or extraordinary maintenance of the hot tub due to misuse, we will deduct from the security deposit. So please read the rules carefully and you will need to attest to these rules prior to arrival.
