Sip wine, relax and enjoy, nature puts on a show daily, which is breath-taking to watch. The spacious open plan living area features a beautiful vaulted, wood-beamed ceiling, cozy wood burning stacked stone fireplace, and large comfortable sofa seating – perfect for watching the fire or game night. On the outdoor decks there is space for relaxation and a gas grill with views that will wow any bbq chef. 🙂 At the back, a gorgeous sitting porch offers relaxed seating any time of day.- Kitchen & Dining -The well-appointed open plan kitchen allows chefs to create meal magic, without missing any of the fun. The charming kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and has counter seating for 3. Guests can also find a coffee and tea bar, with Keurig and drip coffee makers and electric kettle. The indoor dining room is adjacent and seats 6. Outside on the deck, a second dining area offers fantastic views and beautifully appointed seating.- Beds & Bathrooms -The primary bedroom is on the main floor (queen bed) and has an attached bathroom. Upstairs nestled in the trees, is a cozy loft space with 2 twin beds and space for relaxing. On the terrace level, are two additional bedrooms (king bed and queen bed ) which share a beautifully updated jack and jill bathroom. Room to park multiple cars.FIREPLACE:Is wood burning (not gas), guests are welcome to bring firelog or firewood.**CLEANING PROTOCOLS** A housekeeping fee will be included on all reservations. This fee will vary in price based on the size of the property. The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Please inspect it at check in and call housekeeping at in the event something is unsatisfactory. As we will send housekeeping back to the property to re-clean the reported areas, no refunds will be given for housekeeping issues. There is no fee within the first 24 hours to return and address the issue. All cleaning is done by professionals who use advanced cleaning practices and disinfectants. We maintain excellent cleaning standards and pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests, with photos of each room to ensure clean is up to highest standards. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.SMOKING:Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.MINIMUM AGE:Guests named on the reservation must be 30 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 30 or older. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.CANCELLATIONS:Cancellation charges are as follows: rental payments are fully refundable until 14 days prior to the reservation arrival date (less credit card fees).
