The home is fully updated with mountain modern finishes throughout. Enjoy the back patio with private hot tub nestled into a serene forested open space setting. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.- This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front door area and driveway. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.- Please note that walking access to the Timberline chair is available only when weather permits and the chair is operating. We do not offer discounts/refunds for lack of snow or due to the chair being non-operational. Please check the Northstar website for daily lift operations.- This residence has A/C in the bedrooms only.
