New, Downtown Guesthouse w/ Deck & Gorgeous ViewsOur guesthouse is new, clean, spacious and stocked. Beautiful inside and out with a great kitchen and living areas. The views of the mountains from the large deck are spectacular and you’re just an 8-minute walk from State Street and all that downtown Santa Barbara offers. There are excellent restaurants, bars and shops just a few short blocks away. There are also world class music venues, museums and theaters all just a short walk from our guesthouse. Additionally, we’re just a 5-minute drive to the beach/harbor/wharf and the excellent restaurants, shops and art shows located beside the ocean along Cabrillo Blvd.
