From the living area, you are spoiled by the bay views! Sliding glass doors lead to the deck where you will find plenty of seating to watch the evenings’ sunsets.The first floor includes 2 King primary suites with private baths. The suites lead to the sunporch which provides an additional sleeping area or lounge area that is an ideal space for the family to spread out. The additional bedrooms are on a split level each have their own private bath. Bedroom 3 contains a queen and the 4th has a pyramid bunk (double bed on bottom, twin on top) with a twin trundle! The perfect room for the kids!The third floor gives you a bird’s eye view of the sweeping bay views and offers yet another space for the family to spread out and relax. The perfect perch to have your morning coffee and watch the sparkle of the bay in peace.You don’t want to forget about the sitting in your back yard and enjoy all the great yard games, solo stove, or take the kids to the beach to build sandcastles and play in the calm bay waters.
