Relax in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath lakefront cottage, located on a quiet cove on Lake Champlain. 30 minutes from Burlington and 90 minutes from Montreal. Spacious screened-in porch with amazing views and beautiful sunsets. The perfect location to unwind and relax in this quiet little neighborhood on the shores of Lake Champlain. **Our cottage water source is from the lake for plumbing, shower, washing dishes, but NOT for drinking or cooking.** We have a water/bubbler dispenser that has both hot and cold options. Our cottage **DOESN’T have Air Conditioning**. We have ceiling fans and also provide several fans for warmer temperatures if needed. Enjoy the nearby quaint town of St. Albans with wonderful local restaurants, golf, and seasonal farmer’s markets.
