You are a short drive to the best beaches on the island. Waikoloa Village is conveniently located to many great restaurants, a grocery store, and a gas station, with many more to come.Sit and sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the oversized lanai while you enjoy the lush tropical grounds, roaming wild turkeys, and beautiful sunsets in the evening.The Waikoloa Villas amenities include, two swimming pools, spa, and BBQ areas. You will also have access to the Waikoloa Village Association amenities, which includes, an aquatic center, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and now pickleball court!The condo features an open floor plan that leads to the large lanai. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and private lanai. The primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed. The guest bathroom features tub/shower combo. The washer/dryer can also be found in this bathroom.The condo is fully stocked. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, and coffee filters to get you started.This unit does not have air conditioning.
