This unit has an updated kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker & Keurig coffee maker.Relax in the swing just outside your front door of this lower level unit.We live off site but are only minutes away and address any concerns !NO PARTIES! NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE!!You are allowed 2 car spaces anything over will have to park elsewhere.Law enforcement will ticket vehicles on street.2 pet maximum$159.00 fee per stay.Maximum weight 50 lbsPet MUST be kenneled when owner is out.Minimum age to book is 25, only exception is 3 previous positive reviews on Vrbo.Quiet hours must be observed between 11pm and 7am.No Parties, only registered guests allowed.No smoking or vaping allowed.Additionally we have security cameras with audio located in common area for protection of our guests as well as our property.
