Come enjoy the brand new heated saltwater pool with an 8’x8′ sun shelf for sunbathing! There’s ample amount of space on the turf for corn hole, giant Jenga, or a sunrise yoga session! To heat the pool it is $25/night. The home is newly furnished featuring an open concept, vaulted ceilings, and skylights for maximum natural light. Our desire was to create the cleanest, most comfortable space for our guests where they felt right at home. You’ll find modern coastal decor throughout the home. The kitchen is stocked with all the untensils needed for cooking and baking and features dimmable recessed and under cabinet lightening. The dining room light is dimmable to adjust for morning or evening meals or enjoy a meal outside in the covered lanai. After dinner melt into the most comfortable sectional for a movie on the 65″ tv. Soak up the sun on the pool patio, play games on the large turf area, or go for a swim in the saltwater pool. You won’t want to leave the home! All bedrooms have a memory foam mattress, 2 types of pillows, luxurious bamboo sheets, blackout curtains, and ceiling fans so you get the sleep you need! Each bedroom has a desk that can be used as a workspace or as a vanity to get ready. You’ll find a full length mirror in every bedroom. The coffee bar is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, cream, to-go cups, etc. You’ll find everything you need for a perfect beach day- chairs, umbrella, cooler, and a beach wagon to carry it all. If cleanliness, comfort, private pool, and beach location are top on your list, this is it! Centrally located in the well established, quiet, and safe neighborhood of Cordova Lakes in West Bradenton. Only 5 miles from Bradenton Beach and 6 miles from Anna Maria Island with many restaurants and shops along the way!
