Its still a city but not in the middle of commercial district. Ninety-five percent of the time, it's darn quiet. Magnolia and palm tree lined street provides shade to joggers, cyclist and dog walkers. Walking distance to famous Santa Monica Beach & Farmers Market as well as our many multicultural restaurants, boutiques, yoga & fitness, and of course American movies and foreign film houses. As close and convenient as 7 (walking) minutes away is the hum of The Promenade, The Pier and Palisades Park's stunning beach views. My C3POhs :) Nerdy?
