Brand NEW inland home with 4-bedrooms, 2-baths. Home has spacious open layout with beautiful kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Den has been setup as 4th bedroom.Beautiful private full screened back porch with featuring beautiful outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area, heated pool with travertine patio and inset hot tub.Home backs up to walking/running/bike trail with easy access to Mackle Park, which features spray park, playground, basketball court, and many other amenities. House is minutes to beach, shopping, and restaurants.We do not allow cats, but will allow a dog in the home on certain instances, but would like to discuss prior to booking. We prefer smaller dogs for weekly stays, and will consider larger dogs for multi-week stays.Please message or contact me if you have any questions about the house or the Marco area in general. We just love the gulf coast and I am happy to share or answer any questions you may have?If you are coming to Marco for a conference, wedding, or event and looking to stay somewhere more private, quiet, and affordable, consider us. We have hosted a bunch of renters who were in town for conferences, weddings, and events at the JW Marriott and other local hotels.
