New construction home, the vacation home you have been waiting for! This contemporary, single family home is centrally located in Seaside Park, it’s close to the ocean, bay, boardwalk, stores, and restaurants. Features an open concept floor plan, with comfortable living room, dining area, and a cook’s kitchen with all high-end appliances and decor. Large bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, conveniently located on the first level, living room couch also pulls out to a queen size sofa bed. 3 additional bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 4 twin bunk beds with 2 baths on second level. Private rear yard is perfect for entertaining with gas grill. For added security there are exterior cameras on premises. During the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day) linens and towels will NOT be provided. However, we do provide beach passes as well as beach chairs. This is truly a vacation paradise!
