Newly added finished basement game room with ping pong & foosball tables providing additional 1,000 square feet of indoor living space. Plenty of outdoor living on the back deck, with outdoor kitchen, fireplace, hot tub and heated pool – you won’t want to leave your backyard! You can purchase per day parking passes at select beaches, or use street parking or park at the public lot in the middle of town.The home is professionally managed by Montauk Management Group.
