The fully upgraded kitchen features brand new appliances, cooking utensils for your stay and a stocked Keurig Coffee Machine. The open concept living + dining area is complete with a brand new queen sized sleeper sofa and a smart TV!The king bedroom is equipped with motorized shades, a brand new mattress and desk perfect for those who need to work from home! Just outside the bedroom you’ll find the full bathroom featuring a bathtub and complimentary toiletries. The home is stocked with fresh bath towels, pool towels and linens to make your trip a breeze!Guest Access:Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the door to unit.The Neighborhood:St. Armands is a lively, historic beachside town famous for the “circle” roundabout lined with shopping, dining and local flair! This historic circle is adorned with various statues + plates highlighting the culture of the St.Armands area and features seasonal events for locals and tourists alike! Some of our favorite spots in the circle include the Columbia Restaurant, Crisp Waffle Company and Shore. This flat is also walking distance to the gorgeous Lido Key Beach known for its white sand and glistening waters!Getting Around:St. Armands is a very pedestrian friendly area and you’ll find it is very easy to get around! To get around the area we recommend walking, biking or taking advantage of the Bay Runner Trolley that runs from Lido Key to downtown Sarasota. There is also a plethora of street and beach parking available in addition to your private off street parking spot if you do decide to bring a vehicle with you.Other Things to Note:- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.- Trash Info: Trash and Recycle cans are located outside the unit, next to parking spot 30.- Pets: One pet is allowed per stay, 50 lb maximum. The pet fee is $15 per day.- Laundry: There is a shared laundry room on-site that requires quarters to wash/dry. There are complimentary laundry pods + dryer sheets in the unit for your stay.- Pull Out Sheets: Pullout sheets for the living room sleeper sofa are in the bottom drawer of the bedroom dresser and additional pillows are in the bedroom closet.
