New two bedroom cottage with enormous decks overlooking Cayuga Lake with views of Cornell. Watch local crew teams pass by while sipping coffee. All modern amenities. New hot tub! Bring your boat, dock is new. One mile from Ithaca’s Cass Park. Bring your bikes, across from Black Diamond Trail, near Taughannock State Park, and dozens of area waterfalls. Easy parking for 2 cars. 130 ft of private lakefront. Kayaks, paddle board, and life jackets provided.On private driveway road shared with 3 other private properties.We are open to extending dates available. Message for longer term rentals or to ask about dates that appear blocked off on the calendar. Sleeping spaces include: Queen bed in the primary bedroom (2 persons); full bed, bunk, and loft in secondary bedroom accessed by a ladder (4 persons); sofa bed in living room (1 person).
