After a day of fun in the sun, relax on the furnished wrap around patio, great for enjoying the ocean breeze while having afternoon drinks or even dining outdoors.This property offers access to the private beach perfect for relaxing in the sun, building sandcastles, and enjoying the ocean breeze. Swimming pools, a kiddie pool, tennis, volleyball, half basketball court, pickleball courts, fitness/weight rooms, playgrounds, and bike rentals are also available to you right on the island. There are designated fishing and crabbing areas on the island as well. This vacation rental home truly offers everything you need for a memorable vacation experience. Book your stay today!The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 – November 1.Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.** Please note there is enough parking for up to 3 vehicles at this property.**Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
