New listing! Beautiful, spacious home located in Waterville Estates within the white mountains with access to many ski areas, National forests, lakes and the natural beauty of New Hampshire. Our vacation house is located minutes from Route 93 yet situated on a quiet hillside. During summer and fall enjoy beautiful hiking trails, an outdoor firepit, and a spacious deck. For winter, we are conveniently located only mins away from the Waterville Valley ski resort, and just 20 mins away from Cannon Mtn and Loon, NH’s largest ski area.Please check out Waterville Estates website for more photos of the amenities offered.More details: The home is over 1,900 sq ft and comfortably sleeps two families or three couples. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The living room has cathedral ceilings and is spacious, but cozy with a large couch, a wide screen TV and a fireplace. The dining room hosts a large table where you can play games with family/friends. There is a grill on the deck outside. There are 2.5 bathrooms as well (one on each level). There are four comfortable bedrooms in addition to a bunk/entertainment room where the kids have their own space. There is also a billiard table in the lower level!The property is located within Waterville Estates; which provides amazing family facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi’s (outside & inside), gym, saunas, game room, basketball court, tennis court, skating pond, bar and all available to renters (2 guest passes included in the rental; additional can be purchased from the Waterville community center). Enjoy the peacefulness of NH while having all these amenities close by, plus so many other attractions nearby (skiing/cross country, hiking, biking trails, Polar Caves, and many more).Bedrooms are located across 2 floors, includes 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms and 2 lower level bunkrooms containing 2 full-size bunks beds (sleeps 4).Ski and recreation – Waterville Ski Resort is just 8 miles away and the scenic Waterville valley centre just a short distance further.
