The second primary and queen bunk bedroom solicit other personal porch views on the other side of the condo. All bathrooms provide brand new vanities and are exclusive to each individual bedroom. One of our favorite activities right down the road is enjoying Rita’s ice cream and experiencing the community of beach-goers have the time of their lives.Shipyard Community has twelve miles of bike paths, lagoons, and a variety of wildlife. Shipyard has a private Beach Club with special beach access. The Van Der Meer Tennis Center is located amidst Shipyard, where you can reserve a court for tennis or pickleball.Please note that one parking pass is included in your reservation.
