We are on the “Quiet side” of the beach but close enough to jog or walk down where the action is.We are located close to the town of Old Orchard and Pine Point with taverns, restaurants, picnic areas, canoeing and nature preserves, golf, Funtown Splashtown USA, and all that southern Maine has to offer… Outlets, boating, Historic Old Port, museums, cities and the lakes for a country feel!Property is non smoking inside and out (beach )A comfortable and cozy apartment nestled right on the ocean for your group of up to 4 people.
