A bright, spacious great room includes a formal dining area for six and a balcony with a BBQ grill and excellent mountain views as well as a designated work space for your laptop. A roomy, well equipped cook’s kitchen features stainless steel Viking appliances, quartz counter tops and tiled flooring as well as a breakfast area for four.The first bedroom on the lower level has a king bed, carpeting and French doors to mountain views and a beautifully appointed en suite bath. The spacious second bedroom is a flight of steps up to the third story with a magnificent west-facing view of the San Jacinto Mountains. This bedroom also features carpeting, French doors and a deluxe en suite bath and a queen bed. Hot water is from a tankless heater and is filtered through a water softener.The beautifully landscaped entry is through a private gate on Calle La Soledad and the enclosed garage fits two cars. We will consider one larger or two well behaved, house broken and flea free smaller dogs. Sorry to say that we cannot accept cats.
