There is a spacious air conditioned Florida Room available off the back of the house that offers additional seating and a beautiful view of the pool and water through double sliding doors.Dining Room: Located off of the kitchen and with a view of the Florida room and pool area through sliders, there is room for four guests. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar behind in the kitchen. There is also a booster seat available for the little ones.Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen offers a breakfast bar with plenty of room for a quick bite to eat. Stainless steel appliances and Keurig coffee maker are available. With the open floor plan, you can cook meals and still be a part of the action!Master Suite: The primary bedroom is located off of the kitchen near the front foyer and offers a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV and plenty of storage in the armoire and dresser available. The electric-heated pool has coveted Western exposure so you can you work on your tan and see the beautiful sunsets that Florida has to offer. There is plenty of seating available for whatever your plans are for the day, and the spa is available for relaxing in the evening. There is an additional seating area in the pool with bar-top table so you can enjoy your drinks while keeping cool!Walk down to the dock and try your hand at some fishing in the Gulf Access canal!
