The amazing West-facing yard features multiple citrus & mango trees, mature palm trees, a 15-foot tall ficus privacy hedge, a spacious grass area plus panoramic mountain views. Resort-like amenities include a large pool and spa, fire pit, hammock, eight chaise lounges, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and counter seating, covered patio with ping pong table plus al fresco dining for eight. The East-facing front patio has two seating areas, one of which is a counter-height bistro table with chairs, and is the perfect place for your morning coffee. The interior design of the house epitomizes the Palm Springs lifestyle with pops of orange and lime green, fun wallpaper, mid-century modern furniture, Palm Springs-inspired artwork and just an all-around whimsical aura. The other is an NFL Blitz football arcade game. The very whimsical pink flamingo powder room is conveniently located off the family room for game days that include lots of beer. Also located off of the game room, and separated by French doors, is an offce with large desk, mid-back executive chair, lounge chair and door to the backyard.
