The house boasts three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional TV room. Outside, admire the moss draped oaks from the rocking chairs on the covered front porch. The back yard is fully fenced in; the front offers ample parking including your boat. The home is a short drive to downtown Beaufort, Parris Island and an easy, quick bike ride to the Spanish Moss Trail.Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
