The cabin boasts over 2,800 sf of deck and porch space, a six-person hot tub, ping pong table, and direct access to the small lake on the property. There is also a pavilion picnic area in the subdivision, which is a shared amenity.This listing is only for the main floor and loft: 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The lower level has an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom but will be locked off and not rented during your stay. Everything listed and pictured in the listing is available to you. You won’t find another 3-bedroom this large for miles around!With a spacious three bed/three bath floor plan on two levels, there is plenty of privacy for every guest. The cabin has a large master bedroom on the main floor, with only two steps into the house from the parking area. Down the hall is another large bedroom with two bunk beds: a twin-over-twin and a twin-over queen. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with its own bathroom. It has a queen bed and a small side room with a crib.A large wraparound porch with a grill is off the main floor and is perfect to relax and look out into the woods. Downstairs is the six-person hot tub and ping pong table. The backyard has a fire pit (firewood not provided) and a walking trail that leads down to the lake.This cabin is located in a gated community and has great privacy. Gate code will be provided prior to stay. This cabin is a 15 minute (8 mile) drive to downtown Dahlonega, 33 minute drive to downtown Helen, and an 8 minute (3.7 mile) drive to Wolf Mountain Vineyard.Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in.Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply.
