Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a peaceful retreat.Newly-appointed desert landscaping and the nearby San Jacinto Mountain range provide a stunning backdrop for indoor/outdoor living in this desert hideaway. With a private, spacious, and secluded backyard, you can enjoy early morning yoga followed by a dip in the pool, have a cocktail with friends around the fire pit, or relax and unwind in the jacuzzi spa – all while taking in breathtaking mountain views.Located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs and the legendary Palm Springs Aerial Tram, start off your day with a walking tour of the iconic mid-century Racquet Club Estates, a trip to Joshua Tree National Park, or a hike up Mt. San Jacinto! All of this and more awaits you at Laurel Retreat, your home away from home.-Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.- – Pool Heating fee $100 per day, $700 per week. Weekly discount may be available April – September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay.
