Both bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms and are both located upstairs.Beach access boardwalks are located next to the building, which means the beach is just a short walk away.Harbor Island community pools, kiddie pools, fitness center, and racquetball courts are all available to you during your stay.The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 – November 1.Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas **Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
