The main floor also features a game room in the garage (air hockey, ping pong, darts, cornhole, a putting game, and PS4) and an open living/dining area with a covered porch off the back, perfect for viewing the creek and the woods below.Upstairs is a large master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom and balcony overlooking the creek.The lower level features a second kitchen, poker table, and another bedroom and bathroom, as well as a hot tub on the patio outside.The steps off the back of the house lead down to the creek, a perfectly quiet and private place to sit (or splash around). The pet fee is $85 plus tax (per stay, not day) for the first pet, and $60 plus tax for each additional pet. The tax rate is 16%. The first pet will be included in your booking total if you select “Pets” when booking. Please let us know about any additional pets right after you book and we will charge your payment method before your stay. We handle additional pets manually so pet fees are more affordable for guests. No more than four pets without approval, and pets must be in crates while not attended.Q: What if I accidentally damage something?A: There is a $37 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $750 in accidental damages, if the guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Firewood is also available at most local convenience stores and gas stations.Q: Is the gas fireplace available to use year round?A: The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.Q: What kind of grill do you have?A: We have a propane grill, and we provide propane.Q: When is check-in/checkout?A: Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour.
