Our pet-friendly (pet fee applies*), spacious two-bedroom home and two-bedroom guest house are just two miles from the Dahlonega Square and half a mile from Accent Cellars, a five-star micro-winery.Larger House:Our first house is no tiny two bedroom cabin! With an open floor plan and a modern design, the large dining and living areas make it perfect for entertaining.The master bedroom features a king bed and vaulted ceiling, as well as a spacious bathroom with a custom shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. There are also two roll-out cots for extra guests.Enjoy the six-person hot tub and the fenced-in backyard, a beautiful garden area with patio and outdoor fireplace, perfect for a family barbeque.Smaller House:Our second house is a cute, quirky cottage on a shared driveway with the first house. Our guests find this cozy cottage charming, with its unique décor, private patio with four-person hot tub, and quick four-minute drive to the Dahlonega Square.The house has two bedrooms (both with queen beds), one bathroom, and comes equipped with DISH TV. The pet fee is $85 plus tax (per stay, not day) for the first pet, and $60 plus tax for each additional pet. The tax rate is 16%. The first pet will be included in your booking total if you select “Pets” when booking. Please let us know about any additional pets right after you book and we will charge your payment method before your stay. We handle additional pets manually so pet fees are more affordable for guests.Q: What if I accidentally damage something?A: There is a $37 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $750 in accidental damages, if the guest reports damage that happens during their stay.
