This condo has 1 queen bed, 2 Twins and 1 Sleeper Sofa and can sleep up to 6. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Sands Beach Club, this resort has it all! Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Heated pools and private ocean balcony along with hot tubs! There is also a private gym and tennis court! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley’s Aquarium. Many of the area’s popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away!Due to the life safety risks, please be informed that the use of the balconies is prohibited until further notice. The Board is researching different options for corrective measures.NOTE: HOA Railings Project Status*The corridors will be accessible*The temporary repairs will commence on June 11th on floors 9, 10 and 11, which is planned to be completed by Monday, June 17th, again weather permitting. Then they will move to Floors 5, 6, 7, 8 on June 17th, then 1 – 4 on June 24th. They anticipate the entire project will be completed on June 28th.
