New construction and modern, all on one floor with no stairs.The perfect location to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Luxury, single level condo/duplex (attached by the back wall) in the heart of Corolla, just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Corolla Light restaurants and stores are right next door! In the evening, grab your beach chairs, a couple of glasses and a cold bottle of wine for a picnic across the street at the famous Whalehead park while the sun sets over the sound.** The heated community pool will open on April 20th. The Fitness Center opens May 17th***The whole group will enjoy not only the community pool, but the wonderful tranquility of the nearby, sound-side waterfront. The large, heated, salt water community pool is equipped with rentable cabannas complete with TVs, fans and personal refrigerators. Perfect for changover days!
