(Tip: you can follow the neighbors to see if it is recycling week).If more than one bin is out Please make sure to place them at least 3 ft or more from each other.★ Noise Level MonitoringPlease note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.Please be mindful of guests and neighbors. Quiet time is from 9PM till 8AM.★ KeysAdditional keys are available upon request, Please let us know if you need them.All given keys must be returned to us upon check out, There will be a $50 fee for lost keys.In case you lost/misplaced the keys during your stay, There will be a $125 fee for someone to come over and open the door for you.★ Check outCheck out time is 10AM. Late checkouts may be available upon request, Please check with us at least 24 hours prior to your check out day.If available, late checkouts are at a flat rate of $100 until 12pm.★ SuggestionWe would love to hear from you.
