Located on the south end of the island, this new beach cottage features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths with a large family room. The Master suite features a king bed, large TV, beautiful shower and a large walk-in closet. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the main floor both with queen beds and each with a private bathroom. Additional accommodations upstairs in the loft, including 2 daybeds one with a trundle, and another private bath. Bicycles, beach chairs and towels are included with the rental. Leave your car parked for the entire vacation, by choosing to rent the golf cart at one of the rental locations on the island. There is also a new treehouse for the kids to enjoy. The nearby St. Simons’ Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse.
