Any unauthorized guests, parties, or events thrown can result in the cancellation of your reservation.After your checkout, if we notice any breaking house rules, such as throwing parties or gathering and inviting/bringing guests outside of the original guest list, will result in a $500 violation fee.This is a self-check-in property, and you will not be meeting with your host.You certify that you will read the check-in instructions prior to arrival and that you are capable of following the instructions.After checking in, please report if anything is damaged or missing. If nothing is reported and items are found to be damaged or missing after checkout, you may be held liable to fix or replace said items.This is a non-smoking property. Smoking cigarettes is allowed only outside, but illegal substances are not allowed.There will be a $300 per day charge if there is evidence found of smoking inside or if the house smells like smoke, weed, hookah, or having an animal on the property.Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM from Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM on Friday and Saturday, which are enforced.The property should be in a similar condition when you checked in. If the property is excessively dirty and trash ridden, an extra fee will be assessed up to $500Vomit will result in a $200 clean-up charge plus the costs of replacements and repairs.”Suitable for infants” and “Suitable for children” means they are more than welcome on the property, but there are no toys, and the property is not baby-proofed.Check-out would be at 10 Am, with a $50 charge for every hour past 10.No decorations are allowed (to prevent wall damage)No candles or objects that could cause a fire risk are allowed
