Completely walled for privacy, the entire property feels like an exclusive, upscale resort.**The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee, Oct-April. Please indicate that you would like to heat the pool to ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost. **Guests will have access to the entire house, save the for garage and owner’s closets (locked and labeled).Guests will also enjoy their own private concierge for the duration of their stay.
