Additionally, downtown attractions such as Mercedes Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena are a 15 minute drive away.- Fast Wifi & Dedicated Desk with Office Chair for remote work. This dedicated work space makes for a great spot for people working during the week.- The kitchen is fully stocked for you to be able to cook meals. A Keurig coffee maker is provided with a few Kirklands K-Cups. Tea, sugar, spices & olive oil are provided as well. Three barstools are located at the island kitchen counter, making it a great spot for breakfast in the morning.- Two Bathrooms available with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & a hair dryer provided.- The living room includes a Roku TV for streaming!- In addition to the queen sized beds in each of the two bedrooms, a Sealy AlwayzAire Tough Guard Air Mattress (Queen) is provided in the living room for extra guests.- One Nest thermostat available for central AC and heating, and an additional AC unit is available upstairs for the second bedroom!HOUSE RULES: No parties or events, and no smoking! If smoking in the house occurs, $500 worth of damage fees will automatically be charged. Two Ring cameras are secured to the front door and back door of this unit. Please keep in mind this is an old house, so while we have kept it in great shape and care, we would so appreciate you doing the same!STREET PARKING ONLY! There are multiple street parking spots available, but no reserved parking is available for this unit. Additionally, there is not a lot of space for guests who want to spend time outdoors at this unit.STAIRCASE for access to upstairs bedroom and upstairs bathroom. This home is NOT wheelchair friendly!
