QtC Properties LLC assumes no responsibility for any occurrences associated with hot tub usage.Security Cameras:For your safety and security, we have installed 2 security cameras on the exterior of the property: one at the driveway and one at the front entrance. These cameras monitor the surroundings and entry points, allowing us to maintain a safe environment for you during your stay. Please note that these cameras are focused solely on the outside areas of the property and are not installed in any private or personal spaces. If anyone other than the above signed parties join the booking, the parties will be asked to leave and will forfeit all claim to any refunds. Their payments will be retained as damages for committing fraud. Compliance with Local Laws:Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Gilmer County ordinances, state, and federal law. Violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for payment of fines levied.Owner’s Liability:Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the property, including but not limited to the cabin, the hot tub, fire pit, etc., regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss.
