Description
Oconee Dreaming is a brand new modern mansion built in 2021. The home is located on a beautiful cove in the best location Lake Oconee has to offer. Walking distance to the marina to rent a boat, restaurants to enjoy a meal, and fitness centers for those workout enthusiasts. Enjoy your private dock with a boat lift and 2 jet ski lifts. Finally, the 7,000 SF home has been professionally designed with modern features throughout. Come enjoy all Lake Oconee has to offer! STR23286Our home has three levels.As you enter the home (front door), you are on the main level which is where one of two master suites are located. The master suite on this floor has a King Bed, beautiful bathroom with a dual shower head walk-in shower. Additionally, the main floor has a half bathroom for community use. The main level of the home also includes the primary kitchen as well as the family room. The main level opens to a deck which includes a patio table as well as a propane bbq to grill out and enjoy a meal overlooking the lake.As you head upstairs (via staircase), there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is one master suite that includes a King bed as well as an en suite bathroom. Again, this en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. This floor also includes two additional bedrooms both with one queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Finally, this level includes what we call the “Georgia Room.” The Georgia Room has a couple very comfortable couches full wet bar/coffee bar, and a TV. This is a great location to watch college football in a very comfortable setting overlooking the lake. If you step outside of the Georgia Room you are greeted with an oversized balcony with plenty of patio furniture to enjoy a drink, sunset, or appetizer before dinner. This is our favorite place to enjoy some caffeine in the morning before your day of adventure starts.The final level of our home is the lower level. This is accessed via a staircase from the main level. The lower level includes two bedrooms. One bedroom has two queen beds. The other bedroom has one queen bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom. This floor also has a full kitchen. The lower accesses the lake directly and includes a video game, checkers/chess table, ping pong table, comfortable couches/seats, and a TV. If you are on a family trip, this is a great location for the kids.In total, the home is 7,000SF, three levels, and plenty of room to make memories on the premier lake in Georgia!
