It is just 5 blocks to the ocean or 7 blocks to the bay. The fenced in yard makes this house a great place for families to enjoy the California lifestyle. There is a deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ gas grill, perfect for dining in!Enjoy all San Diego has to offer in this comfortable house with forced air heating and oak hardwood floors. The master bedroom has a top-of-the-line queen bed and TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with full size mattresses on both the upper and lower beds. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. It has WIFI, ROKU, phone, DVD player, laundry room, off-street parking and all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Just bring your clothes, toiletries and sunglasses. Oh, and you don’t have to leave that very important part of your family at home or in a kennel because this property is pet-friendly.This lovely vacation home is only minutes away from SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town with it’s excellent restaurants, Belmont Park and it’s authentic 1920’s wooden roller-coaster, Seaport Village, downtown San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter, the Convention Center and Petco Park. Come and enjoy everything San Diego has to offer without spending all your money on the rental fee!Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements.
