Welcome to Paradise. This modern house was recently updated and located in the Lighthouse Point neighborhood (only 2.5 miles from the beach). We have a spacious house and back yard for you and your family to enjoy on your Florida vacation.The new pool was completed in July of 2022 and it turned out even better than we could have imagined. This is the best back yard pool area in the neighborhood. **** POOL HEAT – We have an electric pool heater to help warm up the pool from October through March. We look forward to hosting your friends and family as you make some lifelong memories at this fantastic location.Master Bedroom #1 has a King-sized bed, and an attached bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a King-sized bed, with an attached bathroom as well. Guest Bedroom #3 has a Queen-sized bed , and spacious closet. Guest Bedroom #4 has a Bunk Bed with 2 Full-sized mattresses and is perfect for the kids to sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV with plenty of Apps for you to watch your preferred television programs.There is a fully stocked kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer for laundry, and free internet and WI-FI for all of your streaming needs.***NO PET POLICY*** – Under no circumstances are you allowed to bring ANY pets to this property. Anyone who violates this policy will be notified to vacate the property immediately, and will pay the full damage deposit.****ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON THIS PROPERTY*** Violators of this policy will be charged $1000 cleaning fee.****This is NOT a party house. This house is located in a family-friendly neighborhood, and we expect it to be treated with the greatest of care and respect.
