Brand new pool with built-in spa and tanning shelf, waterfall, fire pit seating area….and more! Also just completed upgrading much of the inside.Less than a three minute drive to downtown Palm Springs with it’s many restaurants and shops.The spaceThe city of Palm Springs ID# 3300This home has an large private back yard perfect for entertaining. It features a brand new swimming pool, with built-in spa, tanning shelf, bench and Fountain. There is a large covered patio that wraps around the entire back of the house with plenty of room for outdoor dining and more. There is also a separate outdoor relaxation area which offers spectacular mountain views. For the cool evenings, join in around the newly put in fire pit.The home features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, of which the master bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bedrooms include an attached Casita with indoor access to the main living area. The Casita has a full kitchen, as well as a gas fireplace and small dinning area. The main wing of the house features large windows with mountain views, a sun room (with curtains to make it nice and dark when needed) which can sleep two people on a queen sleeper sofa. This room has own access to shared bathroom.This beautifully and contemporary furnished house could sleep up to twelve people, but officially we are only allowed ten overnight guests. The large living room with gas fireplace also features a wet bar with a window to pass the drinks right outside! The dining room area has a beautiful concrete and steel table which can seat up to 10 people. The open kitchen with large open windows looks out over the pool area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.The large master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom. Newly installed french doors lead to a small private patio in the front of the home. The second bedroom has a California king bed with a large closet. This bedroom shares a bathroom across the hall, which is connected to the sunroom.On the other side of the house there are (officially) two more bedrooms. One with a standard king bed, and casita/bedroom with a queen bed.Then there is also a small bonus room with a twin over full bunk bed. These three rooms share a third full bathroom.The casita is at the end of the house, has a queen bed, and has its own entrance with french doors opening up to the poolside. For a better understanding of the layout, please see the floor plan which is the last picture.All of the bedrooms except the bunk bed bonus room have flat screen TV’s and also features high-speed Internet. The front yard is also private and enclosed with large grassy areas for fun and games for the whole family.Guest accessThe entire space is all yours!Other things to noteAs is standard in Palm Springs with rentals, pool heating is optional and is an additional $50 per night.
