Place settings for 6.Washer and dryer: Soap providedPatio: Lounge furniture, umbrella, and charcoal grillGuest accessYou’ll have full access to the casita and the casita patio. No parts of the home or yard are shared spaces.Other things to noteWe live in the big house on the property sometimes, and other times there will be guests there. The walk-way to the casita has a lower fence so you may see people enjoying the backyard. Once you are at the casita, the fence is higher so you can enjoy a private patio.This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2023-4205.
