Don’t miss the opportunity to spend your holidays, such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day, in this serene retreat.All stays of 30 days or more require a mid-stay cleaning by our dedicated housekeeping team at the expense of the guest. Our property management and cleaner teams care for each home, and we offer personalized recommendations to make your stay exceptional.We believe in mutual respect, so we require a respectful note and some background about your group before booking. Please note that by booking with us you understand and agree to the following guidelines.- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability for use of Amenities.- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.- Guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a CAR form with the DRE in the State of California which will be issued by our Broker of Record.
