The spacious master suite has a king bed, updated master bath with a tile shower and granite counters. The second bedroom has two twin beds with new mattresses, and an updated bathroom with a walk in tile shower. Both bathrooms equipped with hair dryers. The living room has plenty of room to relax and enjoy the view, with a fold out couch and a large flat screen TV. The community pool and hot tub are right next to the building.Shipyard offers miles of great shaded bike paths which wind along live oaks with views of the golf course and wildlife. The Shipyard beach house has restrooms and outside showers when you come off the beach. If you choose not to walk to the beach, Shipyard also offers beach parking. Shipyard has 27 holes of golf for you to enjoy.
