Newly updated house that is ~1 min walk (0.5 block) from the beach!Under 6 miles from Murrell’s Inlet and Myrtle Beach State Park, ~2 miles from The Pier at Garden City, and ~ 8 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport.Over 2,100 sq ft and sleeps up to 12 people! 4 HDTVs with live TV channels, high-speed wifi, private pool (non-heated), free parking, and outdoor seating. Linens (i.e. bed sheets, pillows, comforters, towels) are provided!Private hot tub available from November – April.Minimum age to rent: 25 years of ageThis beautiful beach house is owned and managed by us – there is no middle man. When you reach out, you will be talking directly with us!The dining area seats nine. Six can gather around the table, and three more can sit at the adjacent breakfast bar. On the other side of the kitchen island is the well-equipped kitchen. New appliances, pots and pans, tableware, and regular coffee maker complete the kitchen.There is also a small, outdoor charcoal grill available for your use.✩ Main Floor: Bedroom with two Twin Beds, Full Bathroom✩ Top Floor has Three Bedrooms:- #1: Queen Bed, ensuite Full Bathroom- #2: King Bed, ensuite jack-and-jill bathroom- #3: Two Queen Beds✩ There is 1 additional sleeper sofa (Queen size) on main floorAdditional Details:✩ CLEANING: We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. Our cleaners have been vetted to ensure that enhanced cleaning protocols are being performed.✩ PARKING: Four vehicles can fit in the private driveway.✩ ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code at least 48 hours before arrival.✩ BABY GEAR: We have a pack n’ play, high chair, and baby gate available for use. There is no crib – just one pack n’ play.✩ CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. Late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.Please carefully review the house rules prior to booking to ensure this listing is the right fit for your group.Guest access:The whole house!Other things to note:This is a non-smoking house. If you smoke inside the house, you will be charged $500 plus the increase in cleaning fee and any damages.Pet fee: Only dogs are allowed by pre-approval only. We charge a $100 fee (includes tax) per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be house-trained. When left at the property alone, dogs must be confined (i.e. in a crate) when left at the property alone. The pet fees are due separately within 48 hours of booking.
