With easy step by step keyless entry and self check in, our guests can arrive at anytime. We wanted our check out process to be as easy and relaxing as our check in, so we don’t ask you to do complete any tasks upon check out. Our only ask is to kindly check out at 10:00am :)Keep in mind that Hawaii is known to have a few roaches, geckos and other insects, especially during the winter rainy season months. We do our best to keep them out by having monthly exterminations so please excuse us if you see any stragglers. To help us with this cause and to keep our Hawaii “pets” from entering, we ask that you put food away and keep screen doors shut at all times.The unit is located at Kuilima Estates West and is walking distance to the Turtle Bay Resort and Spa. It is close to walking trails, beaches, restaurants and the world famous Palmer Golf course. The unit also comes with one assigned parking stall for a rental car.Please note:The condo has its own private pool within the community, along with a BBQ pit and tennis courts right outside the front door. It’s about a 2 min drive to the resort or 10 minute walk. You will have access to the Turtle Bay Resort pool bar, pool restaurant, property and all other restaurants, however the cabanas at the resort and the Turtle Bay Resort pool are reserved for hotel guests only.
