This 3 bedroom beach house has ample space inside and multiple outdoor spaces to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee on the decks. The backyard is fully fenced in.This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is great for up to 8 guests, with ample space inside and multiple outdoor spaces in which to relax.The kitchen is set up for cooking at home on those nights you just want to chill at the cottage. It is equipped with pots and pans, a variety of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, baking dishes, a toaster, a blender, and coffee maker.There is a gas grill, and some great fish markets are nearby.The backyard is fully fenced and gated with a private, heated pool open April 1 to November 1, hot tub open year round, and fire pit.Guests will have the entire house, which includes a ground level with a carport, and picnic table. This level also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, along with beach gear and cruiser bikes.The house has a living space with a smart TV. YouTube TV is offered for watching live channels, and you can also access your own streaming services too. The kitchen has bar stools around the counter and a kitchen table with seating for 6. There are 3 bedrooms (1 primary with a king bed and en suite bathroom, a second with a king, and a third bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds). There is a full bath with a shower/tub in the hallway as well.The house can accommodate up to 2 dogs with a $125 non refundable pet fee. If you have a special request, please reach out to us.We provide linens (sheets and bath and beach towels).
