Maui Banyan F-103 Ground Floor Condo – COMPLETE REMODEL.**Please note: This is a ground floor unit, although there are stairs down from the parking lot and another set of stairs down to the ground floor hallway.We purchased this unit in January of this year (2021). Everything in the unit has been replaced! Floors, newly built walk in shower, new bathroom vanity/counter/faucet, brand new kitchen with new cabinets/counters and all new appliances. Brand new washer and dryer with new AC unit in living room and ceiling fan in the bedroom. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei.
