The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom for added privacy.3.5 Modern Bathrooms: Featuring sleek fixtures and fresh linens, our bathrooms provide a spa-like experience.Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a storm in our state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and cookware.Spacious Living Area: Unwind in our cozy living room, which boasts a fireplace and large windows showcasing stunning lake views.Entertainment Options: Enjoy our selection of board games, a smart TV with streaming services, and high-speed WiFi.Outdoor Oasis: Wander down to our private dock for a day of fishing and swimming in the waters of Song Long Lake.We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.- No pets allowed without permission. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the “Add guests” tab in the search bar. 2 pets maximum, dogs only please.- No events, parties or large gatherings- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees will apply if the guests fail to check out on time.- Minimum age to book is 21
