Close & lock the windows and lock the door (press the Yale logo on Keypad).Remove items in refrigerator and take garbage to trash carts.Run disposal with cold water to ensure no food is in the disposal.Let us know if there is any damage or breakage as soon as possible but no later than checkoutParking for 2 cars off street, additional cars must be approved prior to arrivalAdditional cleaning (excessive mess) – $100.00 per hourAny significant damage, including smoking in the house or on the property, will result in forfeit your entire reservation and cost to remediate.No more than 6 registered guests or visitors on the property.
