This traditional Cape Cod cottage has been seamlessly updated by Elder and Ash Design Studio to create a comfortable space with modern amenities all encased within original, glowing pine paneling.Enter the warm and welcoming cottage to find an expansive open floorplan that allows for a vacation filled with memories of time spent together. The living room provides comfortable seating focused around a flat-screen TV that is mounted above the gas fireplace. Read a book in the daylight or cozy up for a movie at night – either activity is supported in this relaxing living space.Past the living room, you find the conveniently open kitchen and dining space accented by sleek stainless steel appliances surrounded by a bright cobalt blue hue. There is seating for four at the dining table and proximity to the kitchen for easy access to anything you need during meals. Do as much or as little meal preparation as you desire – all can be efficiently performed in this space! If wanting to dine al fresco during your stay, there is a door leading to the outside patio with a dining table and seating for four.Walking back toward the entry, you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom conveniently next to each other on the other side of the home. Bedroom #1 offers a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV and remote work space so you can really make yourself at home. Bedroom #2 features two twin-sized beds and plenty of storage. The adjacent bathroom truly sparkles with its minimalist fixtures, glass-enclosed shower stall, and moss green tiling.Outside the home, you will find an on-demand gas firepit surrounded by seating for 4 located towards the front of the cottage between the parking area and the side patio. The yard of this cottage is partially fenced on two sides (an amenity unique to Sandy Toes as it is at the end of the road) for a touch of privacy and the fully enclosed outdoor shower can be found on the back of the cottage.Additional amenities for this home include stellar proximity to Dennis Port restaurants, stores, and beaches. The Bluebird Resort may have day passes available to spend the day at the indoor and outdoor pools (and hot tub), located directly across the street from this home. With proof of reservation, you may be eligible for a reduced rate ($40 per day for a family of 4).
